I kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made without 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service price and will be charged to your card on file. If you reschedule and your card is not on file you will need to pay the fee first.

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice (no call/no show), the full amount of the service will be charged to your card on file. If you have already paid in full you will not get refunded.

Mind/Body connection appointments require a 50% down payment at the time of scheduling. This is non refundable.

If roads are icy or you are feeling unwell, I completely understand and encourage you to contact me to reschedule without penalty. I am happy to work with you to find a new appointment time.
