I kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 40% of the service price.
If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice (no call/no show), the full amount of the service will be charged to your card on file.
If roads are icy or you are feeling unwell, I completely understand and encourage you to contact me to reschedule without penalty. I am happy to work with you to find a new appointment time.
