I kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made without 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the service price and will be charged to your card on file. If you reschedule and your card is not on file you will need to pay the fee before I set your next appointment.

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice (no call/no show), the full amount of the service will be charged to your card on file. If you have already paid in full you will not get refunded.

Mind/Body connection appointments require a 50% down payment at the time of scheduling. This is non refundable.

MIND/BODY CONNECTION APPOINTMENTS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. This program is meant to be a 3 month process. I will not schedule follow up consults outside of a 4 month period.

If roads are icy or you are feeling unwell, I completely understand and encourage you to contact me to reschedule without penalty. I am happy to work with you to find a new appointment time.
